“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Forget keeping yourself busy and getting over an ex. It stops you from becoming stagnant. Stagnation leads to attachment to other areas of life i.e. trying too hard to pick up woman, looking desparate etc. Additional hobbies give you something to look forward to; a stress reliever and most importantly another topic of interest with a HB you may have just met.

Woman want connection and what I've found is I'll let them do the talking and if we share similiar interests, I will subtly bring that into conversation. It makes for easy transition to then number closing and everything that follows. I've always been a bit ADHD always needing to do something otherwise I get bored and go to the sh**s. This last year admittedly I let myself go not physically but mental and spiritually and as such my oneitis ways started to take hold as I got emotionally attached.

Started a new hobby on top of my old ones while picking up the guitar etc and it has done such wonders to my outlook. When you start adding more and more things to your life, woman become attracted to you in who you are. Yet at the same time you start to realise woman are just like another hobby. They can take the back burner. Furthermore you become less stressed talking to girls etc as they just aren't being pedastal'd anymore because you realise other things in life matter that so much more.

So make it a goal to pick up something new you have always been meaning to try. I took up hip hop and it's just opened a new social circle, an avenue to stay fit and a passion I'll keep through life.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Very important.

The people who do not vary their experiences in life always end up depressed, especially when what they've been doing was to please others and not themselves.

I agree, it is good to try new hobbies. You learn more, you have more things to talk about, and you meet more people. There should be a balance between keeping the one hobby you care about, and picking up new ones. They don't both have to happen at the same time, either. This year I have tried many new things, for example.

Overthought, you are not "a bit ADHD". Don't adopt this modern media meme. To be curious and to want to keep active is not "ADHD", in fact that is just a catch-all term for various behaviors, encouraged by those who just want to medicate students to sitting still.

There are some bastards in schools who behave badly, who have parents who accept that they attack other children. These need to be punished. But teachers have an ideology that tells them the bullies from working-class families are worth more than the good students from middle-class families, who are "oppressors", so they abolished all talk about discipline in schools. Now that their neglect has created too many victims for them to ignore, instead of talking honestly about what is happening they pretend they are talking about "ADHD".

Then there are students who don't get enough exercise and who are stuffed with carbohydrades and sugar at home. These are also called "ADHD" and filled with pills.

Then there are some intelligent students who are bored by the monotonous, dumbed-down classes adapted to the slowest children, who look out their windows and scribble in their notebooks. These too are swept up in the "ADHD" catch-all term. And why not throw in any other odd students while we're at it.

I was bored like that when I was seven, eight, nine and ten. If these freaks labeling everything a disease had started their project back then, I would have been medicated, put in a separate classroom a few hours every week, and been made to feel like a mental patient. I would have had that hanging over me at all times. I am glad I had saner teachers in a still-sane school. Look a few years ahead, and I was one of the most peaceful, well-behaved students in junior high, with the best results in many classes. Without medication or medical labels.

Very true, a man who's got alot going on in his life becomes way more attractive to females compared to the guy who has no hobbies or who's not learning something new and adding it ti the list of already existing hobbies.

depends on the woman. most dating gurus who cite this point are projecting.

MANY people in the US DON'T have many active hobbies. they may play sport, or go to the gym, but most don't have many wide-ranging hobbies.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
