Although one may "romanticize" women as a whole, as hot and sexy. If you examine closely each girl you pass by, most of them are plain ugly. Yes, women as a whole are ugly, most of them anyway, no matter what age. Of course the same applies to men.
Why is this a problem? It is, because most men want very hot and sexy girls. 10's are almost inexistent, I would say perhaps 1 in 1000 is a 10, perhaps even less 1 in 100.000... For me, to give you an example of my standards, the girl (older one of course) from Avicii song "Don't wake me up", in the video is 8.5 or 9. You very rarely see girls like this.
But perhaps you are not very demanding, and you only need a 6.5 or 7. Beauty rates are not evenly distributed (I hate when numbers are put on this forum, but this is just to ilustrate), a 9 for instance is not hotter than 90% of women, since 10% of women are not 10's. A 9 may well be hotter than 98% of women.
So your 6.5 or 7 could perhaps be hotter than 80% of women. These girls are not gorgeous, but have a huge army of guys behind. Because although they are just cuties, they are very superior to the average girl. Many times one may be incredulous when these girls behave the way they do, we think they are not that hot, so they will not be that difficult. Wrong, what matters is their relative power/beauty to other women, and because they are superior to most of them, they are queens...
Game is a part of your arsenal, but to be truthful, most guys who are 23+ have acquired some game already. People are not idiots, we all have seen hotties getting picked by jerks, every guy knows that. There is no need for David D or even Mystery to tell us that, online game as come this far because in great part is a confirmation of what we already knew. I see lots off guys negging women every day, and they know what it's all about, women know... But in part game is what every lazy guy does, just read a book and your good to go, of course some practice is needed but you get the point...
I do think for instance that meditation and the ability to be in the zone, are much more powerful than standard game, high levels of focus give you an unshakable alpha attitude, you become super confident. Because you are in the zone, you don't have monkeys and disturbing thoughts that make you fearful or lacking confidence. Also you become quicker witted, and you can "game" them in a beautiful, and genius like form... Tyler of RSD also endorses this...
And gym, women love muscles. They just love them, but many times they still lie about it. But this is something most guys won´t be able to achieve because they are lazy.
