"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hi there, why you guys would not buy a house with a mortgage and split that 50 with a woman?

(In italy its impossible to buy a house with a mortgage with your salary alone. So its the case for many to buy a house being two and splitting the mortgage. This is also the case for many to be in a ltr)

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

An entire manifesto could be devoted to outlining the case against buying a house with someone else(ESPECIALLY some broad you haven't wifed up/produced offspring with), nonetheless for the sake of brevity:

-NIMBYISM and moronic regulations have made homeownership all but impossible in many sections of The US also

-Maintaining a medium size-large home requires a considerable amount of effort... When you have a highly active career, who the hell wants to spend a large portion of their down time cleaning dead squirrels out of gutters, mowing the front lawn, clashing with the neighborhood association over your latest squeeze sunbathing topless in a backyard that's supposed to be your own, etc etc?

-Most relationships between human beings(romantic and otherwise)generally don't last especially long. Chances are high then that you're going to LOSE a chunk.of change, if you go halfers on a home with a woman. Even if you remain together for a decade, that's still a pretty lousy ROI

-Evidence that the ladies just ain't cut out for 9-5 over a prolonged period of time https://www.reginalark.com/2022/07/07/the-corporate-workplace-was-never-designed-for-women/ , and that(more importantly)most gals aren't even interested in doing so https://news.gallup.com/poll/267737/record-high-women-prefer-working-homemaking.aspx is compiling, with each passing day. Thus, the number of women who can really pay this 50% you propose is in the single digits

lol sounds like Risky business…just another lousy system disadvantage to put everyday dudes down. Better off renting an apartment If that were the case.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
