Why would a girl bring you around her family more if she intends on dumping you

I posted about this attractive girl I was dating before. Best looking I ever dated. During sex she was telling me she wanted to have my baby and etc.

But she ended up going out on the town with her girlfriends and some rappers one night where they were taking her to VIP parties and driving her around in a Bentley. She told me how much fun she had and how they were opening up doors for her and said they would buy her a car (she didnt have one at the time). Ever since that night she started acting different. Distant...no sex. If we were going out she would take forever to get ready. So I figure she found someone else.

So my question. Why would a girl bring you around her family more if she has already branch swung and intends to dump you? She was taking me out to spend time with her son. Bought me in her house to see her granny (she had never done this).

Also why would she lie and say she only been with 4 people sexually and that since me she hasn't been with someone for a whole year. If she was telling the truth I don't see how that would fit with her character of going to the clubs every weekend and easily branch swinging to some rapper dudes.

Also I asked her if there was someone else and she always denied and till we had a blow up argument and she told me dont text or call anymore.

I think if a girl really liked you...if u accused her of seeing someone she would assure you that isn't the case and try to be with you. Unless she thought I was cheating on her.

I just have question marks. I really dont know why happened but am speculating from the turn of events. I am getting over her and haven't contacted for two months. I just find it all sudden as I thought we were really creating something special.

To be honest maybe my selection choices need to be refined.

Maybe she is low quality. But I am a big guy (something I need to work on)..and attractive girls like her dont come my way too frequently. My point is that my dating pool maybe isn't expansive as others. I am not going to fight reality on that front.


I went real slow with her. Met her through facebook she was a friend of a friend's friend. I thought she was cute so I added her and we exchanged messages here and there. Told her when I moved to the area (LA) I would like to take her out. I asked for the number and she said she wasn't ready to give it to me but I didn't pursue the issue and she eventually did.

She was a church girl. She was going back to school to get her degree. So save her kid I figured she had her act together. And the kid was a cool lil intelligent dude. He six. Then flags started to come up here and there and I guess I ignored them because of her looks. And she was kinda sweet until things went weird.

Who is the rapper? I don't know exactly but I know what "group" they are affiliated with and they are well known. Sorry for not spilling the beans. Not sure if it really matters if they are rappers though except to point out that she may be a gold digger and these guys picked up on that and told her how they would buy her a car etc etc. She never asked me for money though. I just took her out on dates.

I dont even know if its true that she is seeing the rapper as I am speculating as she started acting different after hanging out with them till 6 in the morning.

U guys are right. I am just a little sad I guess. I think its the rejection part that hurts. She choose some other dude over me. Like was there something lacking in myself? Like what could I have done to change things. Maybe the relationship just run its course.

One thing I know is that I enjoyed being with her. I like the way she made me feel. When it was good.

Maybe she didn't tell her family about the bad boys and kept them as a secret. I am probably the nice guy that became jealous and possesive all of a sudden. I am sure they dont see the disrespectful things she was doing. Just her side and they are in her corner no doubt.

But I am sure things would have become worse if I didn't call her on it.

Or when she started denying sex I could have ignored it.

Or the week when we werent talking how she was getting rides from school with her Ex boyfriend and a homeboy...I could have turned a blind eye.

I got taken for a ride. I think the next time a girl lets on that she has a lot of guy friends I am just going to run.

Also, as pointed out before, she's probably too stupid to realize how little sense it makes to bring a guy around her family if he's on the "way out" anyway.
