Just want some perspective on this. Met up with a former co worker of mine at the bar this past weekend. Mind you she is pretty good looking but that's about all there is. Prototypical materialistic person. Well she just recently got married a year ago. She has 4 boys from two different men. She's 32 and her husband is only 21. I was like wtf is wrong with that guy. I dunno about you folk but damn when I was 21 the last thing on my mind was getting married aspecially to some broad over 10 years older than me with 4 kids from 2 different men. her oldest is 14 years old. So her husband is only 7 years older than her oldest son. Yowza!

So she tells me she just had another boy about 5 months ago from this guy she married. She tells me she wants a daughter so bad. I just started laughing inside like wow 3 different guys 5 boys. Hmmmm doesn't seem like that daughter is gonna happen. lol. This guy isn't bad looking either but he is a huge wussy. I mean he is all over her like she is the best thing in this world. He even states she's all mine like in his mind she is the best thing ever and all the other men want her. lol. Just weird to me. Why would a 21 year old settle for some used up baby maker ten years older than him?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Most people just don't stop to think.

It's that simple. They're brought up in a traditional family, but they never bother to learn the rhyme or reason behind the partnership, and blindly follow suit for whatever comes along.

Add to that a host of pop-culture that worships women as demi-deities, and it's almost an aspect of SHAME for a young man in today's society to NOT have a woman on which to dote.

Of course, without knowing the two, I can't say for sure. :p

^^ I'd say there is some truth to this ^^ , I'm sure he's "going with the flow of love" as he feels it, and little does he know there may be an undercurrent in his future.

also -- maybe she makes him pancakes in the morning with her five other kids.
