"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Why women disliking you is a good sign

It's a good sign in your life if many people, especially hot women, don't like you. I'm not talking about your friends here - it's a really bad sign if your friends don't like you. I'm talking about people you barely know.

The reason is simple. Some people just won't like who you are. Period. More importantly, the fact is that the happier, more confident, more sexualized you are, the more certain strangers will resent you. This is due to jealousy: unhappy people are jealous of the happy, the meek are jealous of the confident, the repressed envy the sexualized. Remember in high school how lots of women hated the most popular, attractive girls? At my high school a group of nerdy, hideous chicks made a merciless, almost cruel blog about the hot, most popular chicks at my school. They got caught and a lot of people were really angry. It all began with jealousy.

Also, if people don't like you it's a sign that you are being yourself - your personality is not "rent-a-buddy" piece of clay that molds to whoever you are with. It shows that you are selecting your company based on your personality. It means you are not so desperate for approval that you seek to befriend everyone you meet.

Besides, it's inevitable that if you are honest with people about how you feel - abortion, politics, dating, what country you're from etc. - certain people will dislike you right away. Division is part of this world.

All right, so I'm not suggesting people go out there and be d!cks to everybody. I don't recommend anyone be an @sshole on purpose. I'm just saying, if people don't like who you are, it's a sign you're living your life on your own terms.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Sounds good in theory I guess...

but truth is, most people like to be liked.

i don't think so... there's this guy in my ex school that is ultra confident and everybody loves to be around him. another one is a super alpha male and many people say he's a stupid, but in reality everyone loves to be with him

certainly, if you are confident, lots of people try to strike your confidence, more expecially people that admire you

I think what he is trying to say is that those people whom are naturally confident and exude it because they know in themselves that they are comfortable with this thing called confidence. Yes, along the road you will meet people who will just not take a liking to you because thats just life, not everyone in this world is going to like you (its a nice thought though). People always fear whats different.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I feel like when I am in a good mood nothing can bring me down, but sometimes I rub people the wrong way with too much confidence or happieness or whatever. I try not to let upset/unhappy people to bring me down.

On the flipside, if I go out and not allow myself to have a good time (meaning go out with a bad mood) confident and happy people sort piss me off, and that is me being jealous..you probably know the feeling.

Its just best to be happy, real happy, most if not all the time.
There is this quote I found that I really enjoy and try to live by...

"The secret to happiness is not in doing what one likes to do, but in liking what one has to do."

peace

Someone disliking another is neither a good or bad sign. If a girl I like has a friend I dislike, I try to be nice. But if a friend of mines has a friend I dislike, I act indifferent about her/him.

Can't some of you DJs just take something that it is and not twist it around to be of some sort of philosophical mumble jumble?

Bush knows 60%+ of America hates him, HE KNOWS THAT. he doesn't act nice or act even more evil (dunno about that) - What I do like about Bush is that he is consistent in what he does and says... He's pretty consistent in being a dumbass so people expect that of him, and that's good thing especially if you're one of those dumb republicans.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

It is impossible to formally present any element of a life philosophy through language without what you call philosophical mumbo jumbo.

If you ever read something and you say "wow, they didn't resort to any philosophical overcomplications" it's because you naturally agree with what they are saying.

You have the right to disagree.

Personally, I have found that one roadblock in my development as a person and as a manwh0re is the desire to please everybody. This post is useful for those with the same problem. There have been times in my life where it was as if I believed when I reached full potential, everybody would like me. I would like everyone to like me, but that is life, and I am better for it.

All the best bro,

If you're successful, people who are not successful (by their own judgement) will tend to resent you. People that are OK with themselves will not.

Kinda sad, but reality.
