Whilst there is an argument for surrounding yourself with like minded people. I can tell you now that I have hung out with some guys into this stuff and they're socially awkward and it's like they cant actually relate to the real world.

Most guys on here just need to get good at this and then forget all about this site and live their lives.

Hey, if most of us on here weren't socially awkward, we probably wouldn't be on here. We all need to learn somehow and i'm all for the awkward people as i generally think the people that are awkward/standout are generally the people that make the most change.

Ali was the farthest thing from socially awkward. Ray Charles is just blind. Gates is a world pioneer, who is an advocate for the advances in technology. And Jobs? Really. Maybe you think of them as "nerds". However, socially awkward isn't that necessarily. They can't hold a conversation with any perspective towards the real world and they can't manage a situation. Always lost in trivialities that lead nowhere and they blame all of this on being "socially awkward".

I agree with the poster that said that you should hang out with like-minded people. If you are a socially awkward freak, you should hang out with your fellow freaks.

I'd be down to meet up with some posters as long as they are motivated and have some game. Most of my friends are cool people but when it comes to girls they are AFCs. Kind of sucks that no matter where I go with them I am the one pulling the most chicks. I want to help them out but whenever I give advice they don't actually try. Probably in denial that they aren't very good with women.

Good point, I dont think these guys even realise that they are socially awkward and creepy. I have a lot of female friends and they love to call guys creepy and all it means is they arent comfortable in their own skin or they've said something awkward. The problem is that all creepy guys get put into the NO category and that covers psycho killer rapists, which is going to get women leaving very quickly. That is why it's important not to be awkward.

Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates are clearly socially awkward. Jobs, has a history of using and abusing people for their talents and many people mentioned that they didn't like him socially as a person but applauded his achievements.

The people you associate as freaks enjoy and immerse themselves in those hobbies and tasks. The only way to become good at anything is to rinse and repeat/practice. Those gamers that you call freaks make 6 figures and have developed a world wide pro gaming community that has corporate sponsors, tv channels, and web channels dedicated to streaming their matches. Associating yourself with like minded people is good, but i prefer to associate myself with these so called different people that immerse themselves in a goal and don't let morons like you deter them from it even if they're called names. I prefer to learn from better people while you prefer to learn from people of your caliber which means you don't have much to learn at all. Many writers are socially awkward people but you've probably read many of their books, assuming you are literate and read.

But like everything else there are the great, the bad, and the normal. Your biased opinion just shows how narrow minded you are in judging people.

The meetups which i've done locally are similar to those of car enthusiast meetups. We have something in common that other people don't understand and just want to shoot the sh1t. As to winging or sarging with other people....it's great to see how other people approach women and to see what they're doing that works and doesn't work/vice versa. Plus seeing someone else approach can be motivating. I watched the chosenone approach 15 chicks in outing and got 3 numbers. I approached 1, granted i got the digits but still his 15 motivated me to get that 1.

The makers make 6 figures. People like you, who sit play them, make nothing. You should always aim to be the user, not the used. Jobs always understood that people are pawns. You are the king. You are the one that needs to be left standing to win. I will always applaud people that have tangible goals and pursue them. You are just playing their work and earning nothing from it, idiot. You don't see that. YOU need to go out and do something yourself, just like they did, so that someone else will be using what you created and not the other way around. I only surround myself with people that have something to offer me. Knowledge, business, etc. I only make myself better. I don't decline or stay the same. I'm always progressing.

I do judge people. All the time. That's because i look from a higher ground. I can judge someone working at McDonalds. I can't judge a CEO doing better than me. I'll use one of your video game analogies. You can beat people that are at level 4 when you are at level 7.
