why men wear metal chain on right wrist?

I notice that some guys wear metal chain around their right wrist. They look like Hugh Hefner.

Is this some kind of playboy dress style? or is this acceptable jewlery for men? inquiring mind wants to know.

I hate jewlery, doesnt feel comfortable and seems too much effort, taking it off, putting it on, and actually buying it!
Its probably on the right wrist because the watch is normally on the left...also it may mean your a fudge packer on the left wrist!!!!
Chains are very chav! is that an english word only or known every where else by the way (chav)?

Everyone in Vegas wears a bracelet (maybe everyone is an exaggeration). Mine's white gold. You usually wear it pretty big so it almost feels like its gonna fall off but is too small to fit over the big part of your hand (around your knuckles). I'm no thug; maybe its more of the GQ thing, although i know a ton of successful and conservative adults who wear them. They're pretty popular around here...
