"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I want to hear some opinions,
Their are many guys who apporach girls,
Some aren't even that bad looking
This even go guys who are doing apporach journals.
Why do guys say I can't get girls because
I'm short
I'm ugly
I'm white
I'm black
I'm poor
My shoes aren't good enough
Girls only want rich guys
Girls only want tall guys
Girls only want men with good cars

A. Why the excuse ?
B. The real reason they don't get girls

Opinions ??

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

A. They try to make up a logical reason why they couldn't get the girl, as to make themselves feel better. For alot of guys, making excuses is easier than accepting and dealing with the fact that it was their own fault they couldn't get the girl.

B. They are too scared.

yah,

i'm beginning to think that THE DECIDING FACTOR on whether a guy gets women or not is whether he actually tries!

the guys that try - get out there and just try to make something happen - probably hit every now and again.

the guys who are in abject poverty of a relationship with women simply don't even try... but in their (my) defense, it's hard to know how to begin.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. let's not be unrealistic - THE REASONS CAN BE VERY VALID... but here's the kicker that invalidates the way guys try to employ the valid point - it only applies with PARTICULAR WOMEN. men make a COGNITIVE ERROR:

it is true that CYNTHIA won't go out with me cuz i'm too ugly/short/bald/etc for her - therefore, ALL WOMEN must think the exact same way and will reject me based on my looks.

hell, even if 90% of women felt that way, the guy who saw clearly would recognize that he was still in the game! he'd mill through the population till he found the 10% almost RESERVED for him!

(by the way, this is related to another error that men and women make: IT IS TRUE THAT EVERYBODY NEEDS SOMEONE... but the really liberating truth of the matter is that 'no one needs ANY PARTICULAR SOMEONE'!)

B. their cognitive error paralyzes them from taking action.

You know, an honest answer, i just got back from the bars and there were plenty of women and I didn't get anywhere but my excuse was - its been a long week, I'm tired and didn't have the energy or confidence to "go sarging". So I just hung out with my friends, both M and F, and didn't work it.

So yep, its all about trying, I didn't try tonight, but I have been trying and have a date setup. Moderate success, but tonight needed to just hang outl

Another friend was commenting on my social life and the topic of me getting dates came up, he said "at least he's trying now"

so it is all about trying. You can never blame anyone for trying. And once you try, the rest will follow.

A. Because men will do anything to protect their ego.

B. Because men will do anything to protect their ego.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

It's easier to make excuses than it is to do whatever is necessary to be successful.
