"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Seriously i ask myself this over and over again

Why in the hell am i still going to this gym?

Seriously everytime i go i always do these "intense workouts" that have my heart Freakin pounding!!! and yet i'm still going??

Everyday i go and after the workout i never see anything??
the change isn't instant so why am i going???

Everytime i get done working out i feel hungry or im F.Vcking tired so why do i keep going???

OKay enough with all these repeat of the same question all i want to say is even though i haven't losed all my weight yet or even see a different (even though people are commenting me on change)

I am now dreaming of my dream body...the guy is in a club and he's approaching hotties with a Alpha males body...
that's one reason..

Another is that i am walking taller than i've ever walked before i actually speak with confidence...
I have an incredible amount of energy that i've never had before
and i actually have a reason for living...

and probably the biggest of all i've stopped really obsessing over my weight..cause change gon come...

but my question isn't fully awnsered why do people go to the gym i want to know everyone else's ultimate goal in why they are at the gym wether it's weight loss or bodybuilding...

i need even more motivation:cool: :D

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

are you dissappointed by the results you are seeing or
do you question why you go because it seems like a waste of time?
i reccommend you read the thread-
"for all you skinny guys.." if you are already lean
it you should see results by the nesxt evening.
it'll give you a break from the gym and when you do return
you'll be better shape then when you were in there before!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
