"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I will be getting X girl while the other guys will not simply because I am constantly improving myself. I used to be an AFC, realized it after I cam to this site and started reading a lot of stuff which lead me to self improvement. Now I am shedding more and more my AFC skin to develop a much better persona. On contrary to other guys, I am not satisfied with my current self and always strive to better myself, whether it's on the physical aspect or on the psychological aspect. Of course, I am no where near at the same level as some of you guys, but I'm doing day-to-day efforts to achieve this level some day.

Physically, thanks to this website I've came to realize that the appearance does play a role, and it's important to always look your best and keep a posture that demonstrates confidence to better attract girls. Appearance might not be the most important thing, but a good image, good posture and good body language can always make the difference between an AFC and a Man. On the physical part I have learned to get closer and closer to the Man image, therefore I have started buying myself better looking clothes, not just rags, I have learned to walk proudly with my head high and my hands outside of my pockets to show that I am not ashamed of who I am and I will not let anyone walk on me.

Psychologically, I have learned many things that I am still working strongly on. I have learned the importance of acting like a Man. This aspect in itself has multiple aspects.

First of all one of this aspect is the importance of eye contact. Eye contact serves two purposes to me: Showing a girl that you are not intimidated by her beauty or her presence, and showing a girl that you desire her. I strongly believe that if you really desire a girl, you can let her know by the way you will be looking at her in the eyes, and she can realize that. By doing that, it also shows that you are not afraid of what you desire and are not afraid to exhibit your sexuality to her.

Secondly, another of these aspects is to be a man of action. It is important to always prioritize action dates. What I understood of this is when you see a girl, you do action dates that you would normally do by yourself and have a blast, but this time the girl in question is merely tagging along with you. This way, you are placing the fun on the date it self, and not on the girl.

Thirdly, another aspect that I have learned is to not put women on a pedestal! After all, we are "The Great Catch" and this is entirely true. We are the most important person to ourselves, therefore we should be on that pedestal, not any woman that could die the very next day! Not putting her on a pedestal also goes hand in hand with action dates. If you go on a supper date with her, which in itself is boring as hell, you are placing the fun in her, not in yourself nor the date, therefore she is on a pedestal.

Fourth aspect is to not tolerate any ****. Not only with girls, but in your overall life. We only live once, we are/should be the most important person for ourselves, therefore we shouldn't have to take **** in ANY circumstances. If something, whether it's the girl we are dating or a friend, is bothering us, it is important to speak our mind and let it be known so the person in question stops. This once again goes hand in hand with the pedestal part. By putting yourself on a pedestal, it comes to mean that not every woman deserves your attention and if there's something that bothers you about her, either let her know it, or forget about her.

Fifth aspect is a very important one, and it is about sexuality. It is VERY important to realize that you have balls, that you are a MALE and you should ACT like one, not like a girly girl who's afraid to show his true nature (male). This, to me, is mostly achievable when you realize, that, like I said in the second aspect, you are out there to have fun with women, not worship them. They are not goddess, but ordinary people that are attractive. This means that you should act with them like you act with anybody else, or even better yet, threat them like little kids. Other important aspects of sexuality is Kino and to be a man of action. Kino a girl to let her know you're interested, but also use your body language and ask her out on dates... Never openly tell her how you feel. Show it, and let her keep guessing. Of course embracing your sexuality doesn't mean to be blatantly crude and sexual, but more to be in charge around women, and not be afraid to show them how you feel (for lack of better terms) by kino, dates, body language, etc.

Sixth aspect is not so girl related, but an important aspect in day-to-day life. It is very important to accept the consequences of your act and choices, and never to run away. I used to do this, but now I'm working more and more on it.

This is where I stand now. I used to be a total AFC who thought that 100% of my attention, poetry, calling all the time, buying her gifts, basically worshiping her was the way to get girls. I also thought that for some reason if I hung out long enough with a girl she would magically fall in my arms. How stupid was I. Thank God I found this site and started reading a lot of stuff on it (mostly the book of Pook, but other articles also). It has helped me immensely, not only with girls, but with myself also and how I act/react to situations in daily life.

Now all that is left is EXPERIENCE, approach girls, chat with them, get numbers, go on dates, etc etc. This is, to me, the final frontier. Of course I will keep working on myself more and more, but I feel like as long as I don't start doing approaches, I will not improve myself very much. I feel like it's time to go on another, whole new level.

I think I've summed up everything pretty well... :D

So basically this post was a, like I said, confidence booster for me, to not only sum up all I have achieved, but show you guys who stand where I used to be that it is possible to better yourself and not all that hard :D

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
