Why hasn't she called?


WBAFC: "What girl would want a guy like me?"

Thinks he's completely worthless. Filled with limiting beliefs, he asks self-pitying questions, answering which in his state will only make the aforemtnioned beliefs stronger.


AFC: "Something must have happened!"

Thinks he's got some worth, as some of the limiting beliefs have started passing away. Feels inclined to come up with theories to explain unwanted female behavior. "She must have lost her phone!"


GPUA: "She's really, genuinely busy; she'll call soon."

Knows he's a great guy, and realizes that the simplest explanation is also the most likely one. If she hasn't called, she must be genuinely busy. He knows its not him and doesn't take it personally.


PUA: "I don't care."

Knows that he's so rare and valuable, and can give the girl so much more than she can give him, that by not calling she'd be doing herself more harm than him. Therefore, he simply doenn't care.

Actually Ice Cold, you're both right. Calling first and not worrying about her reaction is an extension of not worrying about how the outcome plays out. You do what you want either way. Your rules, your way.

Its just an example. However, its still valid for all levels of skill, since PUAs leave messages just like the rest of us
