“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I've never heard something like that reported. But say the NFL, all those players have to lift. Do they just stretch like mad too?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Lifting has very very low injury rates compared to most all other sports. Why would it injure you?

It's not like football or anything where you're twisting all over the place facing the unexpected and get hit at awkward angles or basketball where people always twist their knees from planting and turning weird. You just move weight in a predefined path built for exactly how your body is meant to function with well regulated form.

And they probably do get injured lifting sometimes but it's minor or they just say "he got hurt in practice."

a huge part of it is natural genetics and things like having thick tendons.

ronnie coleman (mr. olympia) aparantly has HUGE tendons, like friggen wire cables.

the larger your bone structure and the stronger your tendons the harder it becomes to serious hurt yourself. everything becomes minor muscle pulls.

but athlethes still do hurt themselves. they usually just train around that body part until it heals.

oh fyi, stretching doesnt do anything.

everyone use to say it prevented injury. now they are saying it may actually increase the rate of injury.
