"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

To expand upon what several posters have already alluded to, one of women's most basic characteristics is insecurity. They are unsure of almost everything, and their locus of control is entirely externally derived. They take all social cues from external sources. The only two entities they can derive confidence from are their chosen "herd" (ideologies like feminism, artificial constructs from the media, etc.), and a man.

Let's never forget that for a woman to be attracted to you, she must value you more highly than herself. Since a woman is internally a cauldron of insecurity and chaotic emotions (I liken this to the stormy ocean), she seeks a man of confidence whom she can rely on to crash against. Essentially, she is the ocean, you are the rocky shoreline that gives her definition as a woman.

A confident man makes her feel safe to unleash her womanhood. There are both good and bad aspects of that for the man. She will open herself up sexually to a confident man, generally submit to him, and release her femininity to him, but she will also crash against him chaotically from time to time because she senses that he is a solid rock, built to take it without emotional backlash.

The key to success with women is to understand actual relative value and also perceived relative value. I say again, never forget that every women craves a man who she values higher than herself, or in simple terms, she considers to be "better" than him. The uninformed and inexperienced think this maxim is narcissistic, but informed men understand that this is an absolute truism that he can take to the bank.

Men and women both crave what they lack. Women are fundamentally weak, need outside forces and social constructs to prop them up and keep them psychologically integrated, and that's where we come in. This is why working to become the best version of you that you can be pays off such big dividends socially. When I had financial problems, I solved that by putting five dollars a week into the bank. The day I did that was the day I became a wealthy man and carried myself that way. When I was out of shape I did 3 sets of 30 lbs. on the bench. The day I did that was the day I started the process of becoming fit for life. These tiny steps were the best "me" I could be at the time, and it was enough.

It is not necessarily wealth that makes a man carry himself as valuable. It is the fact that he has created a process. Process is success.

The topic of this thread is confidence. Developing processes to address your weak areas gives you instant value and therefore confidence, as you regard yourself and carry yourself as a man who has already achieved. The key to my success has been developing tiny, absurdly easy processes that I built up over time. From these processes bloom unshakeable confidence.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Women dont like confidence, women like men of value who behave in a confident way.

Try to be a short fat guy who confidently approaches them and see how liked you will be.

Confidence is like the "quality mark" on quality food, it makes you buy the product if it is what it appears but if you see a quality mark on a rotten apple not only you wont buy the apple but you will ask to speak with the manager.

Confidence when legit is the result of being of a high value, is acknowledgement of your value coming from your success this is way you cant just "be more confident" simply because you are told to do so.

the answer has mostly been covered by a couple of posters above but il add my two cents anyway

i think its just basically a key trait to attraction because women are so physiologically orientated

i would imagine a woman seeing confidence in a man is the equivalent of a man seeing a woman in her finest lingerie

you feel me ?
