why do women have high school mentality till forever?

Assuming thats even true, jocks, jerks and "cool guys" aka fun guys with options are obviously the most desirable because they dont waste time chasing and gaming girls.

Live for yourself, never be afraid to make the first move or to walk and you will be in that "small percentage" of guys that girls want. Leadership traits are universally attractive to girls (and people in general) of all ages, not just high school.
