Spent far too much time on it, to the point where it was destroying my life. I love video games, but until I mature enough to use them in moderation, I can't have them in my life.

But - video games are good deal in terms of getting lots of entertainment for a cheap price
Better than spending $10 on a 3 hour movie or $15 on a 3 hour DVD
Cheaper and way smarter than buying drinks for girls - which no one on this board should do
A lot cheaper than buying a fancy car to play with

Video games are not necessarily evil, but guys who want to have a better social life or get laid more need to be careful of them. Unless you find a way to make your video game play a social thing, which is possible with effort, they will just waste away your life. At least books make you a more interesting person. No one cares about which video games you have beaten.
I do love wasting some time with pacman or oregon trail on my phone during class.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I take back what I said, MW2 is sh1t for PC too. I thought it was like COD:WAW where the console games had sh1tty 6v6 and no dedicated servers but they made the PC version of MW2 like that as well. 9v9 maximum players and no dedicated servers. The gameplay is still awesome but they ruined multiplayer with those 2 aspects. I'm not playing above 50 ping in an FPS, it's terrible.Alle_Gory said:
