Why are these men weak? They are sheeps who follow the crowd

So in the last 2 years all the footie team members have said happy birthday to the other footie team members accept me. The only person they haven't is me even when I said happy birthday on their timeline. They don't dislike me, in fact some of these people who ignore my facebook and deleted my Instagram friend request are the first ones to shake my hand and be very amicable towards me.

Its simply to do with following the crowd and if know what I mean.

It could due to other people taking the diss out of me behind my back and it's been happening for a long time.

Whey are they so weak? Who are they afraid of? Surely they can't be afraid of 2 'leaders of the sheep pack' who take the diss out of me.

It's also affecting how females in my community look at me.

You ask why this and why that.

It's actually irrelevant unless you're operating within their frame/sphere of influence.

Step out of it.

Create ur own sphere of influence and then let others enter in. In that sphere, it's ur rules and ur law.

But in order to create a sphere of influence, there has to be some form of greatness about you. Start off small. Be passionate abt something then be effective in it.

Facebook is not reality.
It's a virtual environment where people get their ego's boosted and receive constant validation daily.

Facebook is all about conformity, not individuality.
You should know this by now.
