Why are guys at strip clubs so uptight?

Last night I hit up the strip club with my friend cause we had nothing else to do and I could afford to blow 40 bucks. It was a full nude/no alcohol bar. I wanted to actually enjoy myself. I was laughing and hooting and joking around with the girls.

Everyone else there seemed to have this stone cold expression on their face. No one was talking. Guys seemed to have this stuck up attitude, "oh ive seen plenty of ass and tits i dont give a shyt...how much was a table dance again?"

One goofy azz looking dude swaggered around chewing gum like he was some badass.

Maybe cause theres no alcohol? If youre coming to a strip club, at least acknowledge you want to see some T&A and then just have a good time with the girls. I was making dirty jokes, commenting on their azzes, telling them which girls i thought were hot, etc. I wasnt trying to pick up.


Whats up with this atmosphere? I read previous posts about strip clubs, everyone saying how afc's give them attention, I did not see anything like that. I saw more like uptight, first time seeing tits, afc's.

the stripclub here is not really a party type place. Its low key and guys usually just go there to chill out and see some nude chicks.

guess it depends on the club really.

Yeah it depends on where you go and the night. I don't freaquent strip clubs but on those rare occasions that I do go, I defintely sense a mood. Sometimes there's a bachelor or bachelorette party going on and typically the place is jumping other times the locals are out and there's only a few girls workin and typically the mood is low key.

It was fairly crowded, it should have been more upbeat, but all i saw were frowns and crossed arms. It was pathetic. they were acting like Olympic ice skating judges.

i used to see this all the time at work. most of the guys there are worried about being seen, are married, are embarassed, are huge AFCs who dont want to strippers to think of them as horny pigs, and/or basically paranoid about being though of as a pervert by other people there. trust me lol. one time a guy wanted to pay me off just so i wouldn't tell anyone i saw him there, i didnt know who the hell he was but im guessing he had some sort of high-profile job. he was straight up shook and paranoid lookin.

a lot of ppl take that **** REALLY seriously and are insanely worried about being what they think is "busted" or "caught". it's usually with older people from what i see, not seniors, but like 30-60 yrs old etc.

like someone else said, it depends on the mood. if the majority of people are there to party then the whole mood overall will likely be more laid back and just more fun. otherwise you might get more of the people like i mentioned above and you mentioned in your post. sucks for them.
