“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I notice that when I wake up in the morning I look my slimmest. At the end of the day I look bigger than I did hours ago. This happens everyday Im no where near how I look at the end of the day when I look at myself in the morning. Are there foods that are causing this and what can I do to prevent or treat this?

Im also starting to drink lots of water a day, this would help flush out the stored water in my body.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

How much milk are you having? This is the most likely cause.

Although it could be a any number of several dozen food allergies.

everyone is skinner in the morning and more bloated at night.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Some people get the CreaBloat when they are on the creatine and fail to hydrate sufficiently. But this is probably not your case and more like what PenGato said.

Andy, it is probably being caused by an allergy to something. Most likely are dairy products because of lactose intolerance.

It could be any number of things however. After a meal see how you feel, if you feel particularly bloated there is a good chance something in that meal is causing the problem. If you think something is a problem, remove it and see how you feel. If the problem improves then it is likely you have a food allergy to that product.

You could also have poor digestion. There is a test over on IA's for this by Poliquin, you could try it if you like. It involves betaine hydrochloride.

Hmm, ive never really tracked how i feel after eating. Its usually after carbs, rice potatoes and stuff. But it seems like that after everything I eat.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You eat carbs in the day, hence water is stored in the body and your glycogen levels are full. This makes you look bloated. But if you were ripped, your muscles would just look big and full with a lean appearance.
