"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Good post!

The first thing most budding DJs should work on is self image. You perform automatically to the boundaries that you set in your head. If you believe you can't, you won't. If you like yourself then others will like you too. If you truly believe you deserve that chick at the bar then you're half way in her knickers already.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

NOTHING! NOTHING AT ALL!
That contradicts the fact that you changed your attitude, started working out, dressing well, and going tanning. Fact of the matter is that people react differently to good looking/in-shape individuals and fat/disheveled individuals. I'd say you can do a lot to change the way people think about you.

Good job bro. I am in the same boat but I havent transformed yet.

I need to beat my inner demons soon, otherwise life is quickly passing me by.

I already wasted my teen years, I dont want that to happen anymore.

What did you do exactly that changed you?

I already look good, and I am in good shape. (I was also fat, but I changed 3 years ago)

My mind is the only thing holding me back.
I feel like my trueself is imprisoned inside me and I need him to bust out, but he cant.
