“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ok, so April fourth im leaving for bootcamp. Im currently(or was) renting a room in a house with a bunch of guys. I informed the guy whos name is on the lease for the house and that I would just find someone to sublease my room for the remainder of the lease. After a couple of days the guy whos name is on the lease says he found someone that would take my room but I would need to be out by March. That was fine with me, I packed up my stuff and left on Feb. 25th. On the 26th the guy who was suppose to take my room sent me a text saying he changed his mind and isnt going to be moving in until April. At this point im already out of the house and now the rest of the people in the house are *****ing at me to pay rent for March. Am I in the wrong for saying its not my problem that he decided to change his mind after I already moved out, or are they in the wrong for trying to get rent from me. Keep in mind I never signed a lease.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you signed the lease, i'd say technically its your fault. That was pretty sh1t thing to do to you though, backing out or postponing after you moved out.

Try to get the other guy to move in if you can though. Still early, in the month and tell him you'll cover a week or two of the rent.

looks like you don't have any problems, if you didn't sign the lease.

The guy who's name is on the lease is the one at fault if everything you're saying is true. You said he said, ".... blah blah blah.... you need to be out by March". You complied with his request. The new tenant the leasee arranged fell through, and he think this is your fault?

After you moved out on the 25th as requested, your obligation with this came to an end from all perspectives (legal, ethical, moral, whatever).

Bra, you never signed a lease, what you worrying about..

If you ask me I think that a-hole guy that said he can't move in in March, only April is playing you. Don't let anyone play you brother. Tell them to stop changing their minds like women, and grow a pair.

You never signed a lease.

And the guy on the lease found another guy to move in and asked you to leave by march, earlier than you had to.

You moved out, "another guy" (who the guy on the lease found) bails for march, and this is your problem how?

Stick to your guns.
