When people who are not that bright try to argue against FACTS they will always come out looking like a jackass lol.

Correct and funny thing about @BeExcellent is again, she runs a Real Estate Development business. She acquires/manages properties and leases them to tenants. A part of that process is a tenant background check along with host of other FACTS, stats, data, and logic that must be incorporated in order to successfully manage that business. She practices this daily and it's led to her being a millionaire.

But yet....she's up here telling the AUDIENCE that facts, stats, data, and logic don't matter, and instead to rely on the Law Of Attraction, or Positive/Magical Thinking to make your way prosperous. She sounds like the typical scamming pulpit Sunday morning Prosperity Gospel Pastor.

@BeExcellent is so focused on "vetting" PEOPLE she forgot to "vet" the very idea of MARRIAGE itself. And that is the great irony of this thread.

How about VETTING marriage as a smart choice? Lol.

Excellent point. Her and @guru1000 promote this concept of "vetting people", but have they fully vetted the actual act of marriage itself? The reality is that you aren't just married to your spouse, you are married to the government as well, along with how the government/courts decide your fate should the marriage terminate. ALL of that needs to be vetted, which myself and @Urbanyst have been vetting this entire thread.

It's also ironic that myself nor @Urbanyst have been married before.....but Guru and @BeExcellent have been married and are currently divorcees. Which means they have seen first hand that this concept of being married to someone for the REST OF YOUR LIFE is an extremely complicated thing to do, for reasons that are beyond your direct control.

@BeExcellent's husband CHANGED on her. He was a completely different person when she met and married him, compared to the time when they divorced. But yet, she's up here talking about if you just think POSITIVE enough, if you just believe in the LAW of Attraction, if you just listen to enough Joel Osteen tapes, you can live happily ever after on some Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs shyt
