“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Along with training which is very hard but fun, I really like the people I meet. Every single person I've met doing MMA has been extremely friendly and helpful. They still beat me down when we spar though
I think that comes with good training. A good coach will not only teach you to fight, but also teach you how to be mentally disciplined. Its the ones that arent that give fighters a bad name, due to their ****iness etc.

Currently doing BJJ(gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, and Boxing. Did Ninjitsu previously, but I found a lot of it impractical and too traditional to translate to real life. I want to eventually get some wrestling in... but no time for that right now :(.

As for MMA not being helpful on the streets... I'd have to disagree. Of course you're not going to be able to stop everything, and you'll never become invincible. It's a matter of being more prepared than you previously were. I'm sure there are better things, like maybe that video you posted... but I doubt I'd be as motivated to do that **** than attending the classes that I do...

As a sport & something to pursue as a hobby. Its cool, but I personally wouldnt rely on MMA for a self defense situation.

I just dont see BJJ working too well on the street, rolling on the ground will cause you some damage as well, etc. Stand up types will be more effective though, KravMaga works great in self defense type situations, personally Id just do what gets rid of a threat asap.

Basically, anything thats illegal in MMA.

Sure, I'd like to see anyone take on a pro MMA guy. The problem with KravMaga is that you can not train it at full force.

Guys, I think it's important not to draw thes sweeping conclusions,.

I've trained as close to full force in my MA with a buddy wearing the Blauer High Gear suit.

And not all Krav Maga, or MA schools are the same, fellas.

Intensity and programs vary.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I saw a Krav Maga class once, I was not impressed. They didn't do any groundwork, which is critical for self defense whether you want to admit it or not. It was more like a "Cardio Kickboxing" class, and everyone there had their official Krav Maga Tshirts and duffel bags  just another marketing gimmick, IMO.

I rolled with a Krav Maga guy once and he had no idea what to do. Sure, he could have starting biting me or whatever crazy **** they teach you in those classes, but I could have done the same to him, and I had the dominant position the whole time, so I probably would have won that one.

We had a thread on the effectiveness of BJJ for self defense and many people including myself pointed out that BJJ is not just about staying on the ground. It also contains sweeps, reversals and escapes to get back to your feet.
If you have history channel, they did a great series on different martial arts around the world. The series was called Human Weapon. They did one special on Krav Maga and it was pretty impressive. You can find some clips of the show on youtube as well. Here's one of them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3bjzpoWVMA

to my knowledge, I thought KravMaga taught groundwork as well. What really sucks for me is that I am 19 just out of High School. Grinding a 42+ hour workweek on overnights at a gas station. How do you guys find time to do all this ****? lol

I PERSONALLY don't believe in Martial Arts, it looks cool and works well in the dojo, but if someone approaches you in the street, you will most likely:

A) Be too scared/shocked to put it to use
B) Not be good/quick enough to block all the punches
C) Be screwed because they have weapons...

I suggest:

www.streetfightsecrets.com

Bob Spour is one of the guys on there (Ex SAS soldier) and he can teach you some cool stuff.

I mean obviously Jackie Chan would kick everyone's asses but fighting in the street isn't fair... They aren't like a sparring partner, they will play every dirty trick in the book.

I used to do Shotokan or however you spell it, but it never helped me...
It's better to go "AAAARRRRRHHHH!!!!!" and charge the bastards, it's all about intimidation because the mugger's first aim is to intimidate you.

How would you use it to pick up girls? Most girls care about fight sports as much as the average guy cares about soap operas. Unless you're some famous UFC guy who's getting paid big $$$ to fight, why would she even care?

no i think he meant do you use mma on a woman you've just met. like do you go up to girl you like and chute on her and take her down to the ground and put her in an omoplata arm lock. and does that work at getting you a date.

well I've read in a couple of places that grls like guys that they feel can protect them. i was just wondering if girls are attracted to the fact that you fight.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Well, that's true, they definitely want to feel protected and a good martial artists can surely hold his own in a street fight. I wouldn't go advertising the fact that I do martial arts. I think martial arts are about self-defence and mental discipline, so being pretentious about it or boasting that you can fight is the wrong way to go about it IMO. You can bring it up casually to a girl, like "oh, can't meet you wed at 7:00 I got a Muay Thai class at that time". But never come off like you're boasting about it or even worse start showing off your moves, then you might come off like a bully or someone that's trying to compensate. If she seems interested and ask you more about it, then yeah, tell her all about what you do and how much you like it. I was at the beach not long ago with some female friends and they asked me to show them some defense techniques and I taught them some basic moves they could use to get out of holds and a few simple take downs. They were stoked. But I didn't do it like I was showing off, they had asked first.

Haha, when i'm with a girl layin down in her bed, and the topic of my fightin is brought up, they often ask me to show them a few moves. showing them how to mount and pull guard has had good results for me, and when i show them how to do a rear naked choke, and then start kissin their neck, it has always leaded to me showin her a few of my other moves...;)

lol Alright I suppose. I actually just switched to days so my biological clock will allow me more energy/motivation to do ****. My main problem is that I live in central Minnesota. The only martial arts we have within an hour or so of my town is Karate(not interested) and Tae Kwon Do(I'd much prefer Muay Thai).

On the plus side, of the 2 official KravMaga centers in MN, I am only an hour away from both.

As for chicks liking guys who can defend themselves. I think it must go down to a subconcious level. They want someone who can protect them and their future offspring, assuming you marry(which you probably wont, but she probably thinks you will).

There must be a local boxing gym somewhere closer than that? Hopefully? Amateur boxing is a must have in developing an mma base.

Good stuff bro, a bit of motivation is what ya need to get started. As for the Inside Man he's right, there should be a boxin gym close by. MMA is the fastest growing sport in the US, so i'm sure any club that teaches fighting of any sort will/ soon will start teaching MMA.

I'm from Australia, and there are fight clubs all over the place within 15 mins of each other. So i'm sure in the states there'll definetly be more...
