In reality if your game (you guys have got game right and know how to hold the frame and not just routines and tricks that any person can see through) is tight you can land these women and have them chasing you for sex or a relationship.

- Famous/rich/powerful guys, one reason might be that women get famous/rich via being good looking, men not, but once they are they hang out in social circles of rich/famous people etc.
- Luck, sometimes you just have to be at the right time, at the right spot, you do something together, you build rapport etc.

Judging from those pictures, it looks like she's into the extravagant lifestyle which requires money. So a guy who has a lot of that.

But I'd suspect she isn't faithful because one guy can't simply provide everything these kind of girls want (sex, attention, emotional connection, money, variety, everything else in the universe), so there's probably a lot of messing around on the side. But to be honest the guy with money bag's probably isn't faithful either. A lot of affairs happen with these types of couples and they usually stick together for money & status.
