“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Self Actualization is what i would call a "LIFE LONG JOURNEY"

i dont agree that you wake up one morning, wipe the crust out of your eyes and say to yourself," from this day forward, i am now the king of my life!!!"

Believing in yourself truly comes into play when you are faced with obstacles, tough experiences, short comings, and all the other negative events that come with the gift of life.....

When your in a HIGH mood and everything feels like its perfect, The act of believing in yourself doesnt even really apply in this situation....

BUT

lets say you just got laid off from your job, just got dumped by your GF, or a death in the family, ect...... NOW believing in yourself really comes into play here....

POINT IS: Believing in yourself is strictly related to your REACTIONS to CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES that you are faced with during your entire LIFE......

when times get tough it is up to the person to realize that this is the crucial time that BELIEVING IN YOURSELF really need to be ACTIVATED!

if you stay mentally/actively aware of this, you will be creating a strong inner-self concept and will be able to overcome any obstacle you are faced......

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

IMO, believing in yourself and facing hardship are even more intimately related than that.

"Belief" is a misleading word, at least as far as blind faith is concerned. IMO, a man believes in himself only because he has seen himself. He believes in his strength because he has seen it; he believes in his power because he has used it, and he believes in his desirability because he has seen himself desired.

I'm not convinced that a man can believe in himself without trophies on the wall in his brain to back his belief up. That sounds like fantasy to me, and fantasy is too weak (at least in my experience) to harden a man against pain, fear, and difficulty.

IMO, a man's belief in himself is directly proportional to the amount of hardship he's faced and triumphed over. Men with limitless personal power, unshakable self-confidence, and an image of themselves as gods among men have the achievements to back it up; men with no power, no self-confidence, and who see themselves as the scum of the earth are that way for the same reason.

Strong men don't have a problem with all this; they know they can triumph over adversity because they've done it countless times before.

On the other hand, for the man who doesn't believe in himself, mustering up the courage and discipline necessary to voluntarily face hardship seems to him to be virtually impossible.

Thus he doesn't do it, and therefore has no reason to believe in himself because he's never seen who he is and what he's capable of.

It's a vicious cycle of weakness, inaction, and disbelief.

So no, I don't believe in myself. All I have to convince myself of my abilities is logic, which is too weak to support me against my own fears, as well as pain and difficulty ... much less push me forward.

its like the saying... "what doesnt kill you, makes you stronger"

i agree, your perserverance as an individual DEFINITELY supports a persons self strength and the ability to move ahead....

IMO, you really cant appreciate MANY things without suffering from hardships of the past...
