yea, they dont hurt or anything, you cant notice it unless your like 3 inches away from it, but this is keeping me away from having sex, because i fear the girl will see it and spread around rumor saying i have an std. Any way to get rid of it?

They're unofficially called pearly papules and supposedly, a large percentage of both men and women have them. So don't worry about them.

Sounds like pearly penile papules to me. They're harmless and probably not noticeable, though I do feel for you because it's not something you probably want to explain the night you lose your V card.

Fortunately for you, many women are too insecure to have sex with much (or any) light. So if they're as small as you say they are, there's no way a girl will notice them in the dark. Even if there is light, you should have a condom on, which will cover them up.
