I am talking about unconfusing tips , routines with good graphics to explain ...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Far from appearing a "smarty" The Bishop makes a valid point. You will find good info on all those sites. I have always gone to t-mag first and foremost. I believe exrx is good for exericse illustrations, someone correct me if i'm wrong. BB.com seems to cover everything although you have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

So DO use them all and decide which advice you like and what you wish to try out.

For the specific advice you might use the various search facilities or post details on a forum. Hold on a minute...what about the sosuave H & F forum? I hear it can be pretty good from time to time;)
