"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Okay, so I'm kind of new to posting here, but I've been reading this stuff for more than 5 years, since the good old days. Did a couple of posts on workouts on nutrition, which you mass monsters tended to diagree with me on, that's cool, just putting stuff out there, food for thought. Something I think that none of you will disagree with me on is the benefits of green tea and it's fat loss effects.

My question is, what brand of green tea are you guys using? Who is using the green tea leaves and who goes for the bags. Those of you who have used both, which do you think is more effective?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I'm by no means a mass monster, but have tried both bags and leaves, and the latter are way better for fat loss and taste. I'm pretty sure any brand is good.

Green tea is green tea from what I can tell. Brand name doesn't really matter.

Organic stuff preferably. I've never tried the leaves but would like to.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

ok someone gimme the 411 on white tea. I went from regular to green long time ago, probably down about 6-7 cups daily.

How much should I be drinking, and what if I am also taking the extract?
