She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

David DeAngelo hates the concept of 'dates'. He just uses the term because it's popular.
I read how to become an Alpha Male. It has some marginally interesting, basic content, but the guy sounds like a hack who wrote an ebook.
David D is a well researched and very intelligent guy. He's been through what we've been through. And if you're willing to spend the cash, his eBook is just the tip of the ice berg.
