Whey protein

Hey guys , I have this optimum nutrition 2lbs whey protein . Due to College , studying , going out etc... . I wasn't eating well these past days . As we all know , Muscles are made in the kitchen . Nutrition has been a very big problem for me since im skinny and I either not eat because of being busy in classes , studying medicine etc.. or not really know what shall i eat . I now try to eat every 3 hours , focusing on protein and carbohydrates .

But the question is if im not working out or taking a break from the Gym , Shall i drink 2 scoopes like in the usual working-out days or not ? I get one immediately after working-out and one eitherat noon or before working out by a couple of hours and also how many days or months does it take you to consume this 2lbs of optimum nutrition whey protein ..??

You should take in the same amount of protein on off days.

2scoops of whey is for little girl scouts!!! AT THE VERY LEAST 4SCOOPS OF WHEY PER DAY!!! 2lbs=around1week
