"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Both false. You guys fail pathetically. It contains Maltodextrine and glutamate both MSG. Aka neurotoxins. I don't want to post links and background info, you guys look it up. STRONG fail is strong.
nice broscience bro.

Maltodextrin is bad because its a high GI "carb". Not because its a neurotoxin.

@Fugly, well it was Allegory that called him out in the first place lol. He's the official bs caller on this forum.

@PDubb75 Good stuff on the ON whey. Never tried their amino energy. Doesn't whey= protein which equals long chains of amino acids? I could see the caffeine helping in the ON Amino Energy, but wouldn't you already get the necessary amino acids from whey?

Ya I'm just backin' Allegory up! :trouble:

Regarding your question to PDubb, there's lots of different schools of thought on this. Whey is a highly bioavailable complete protein. Whey isolate is digested quickly by our guts and absorbed fast into the blood stream.

Common amino acids that people supplement with include glutamine and the branched chain amino acids (BCAA), name valine, leucine and isoleucine. Glutamine is a conditionally essential AA, while BCAAs are essential. BCAAs are empirically used by people doing a lot of cardio as they help to hang on to muscle. Glutamine is supposed to help recovery and immune function.

Both have been studies for therapeutic uses. We actually give supplementary glutamine to our burn patients. The data on BCAAs are a bit more complex and inconclusive as you'll see with this study:

Personally I've used significant amounts of glutamine (30+ g/day) when I was doing a lot of power and track work and my glutes/legs and posterior chain were getting beat up a lot. At the time however, my diet was not nearly as good as it is today. With my current training program I feel like I can recover w/o using glutamine... again, I think this is likely because my diet is a lot better.

I'm just starting to take BCAAs around training time. Its not something I use religiously. My fiance is around 4 weeks out from her next comp, and she's doing 1 hour of low intensity cardio daily as per her trainer... she swears by BCAAs. Here's a great article that explains why BCAA supplementation is probably a good idea for anyone who's looking to hold onto muscle during cardio and even resistance training:

Just an update. I love both ON products I'm using. The amino is giving me a great boost, and I've noticed that I have stayed at the gym longer on the days I have used it. I get a much better workout. Trying to limit it to twice a week, though. I don't want to become dependent on it, and I gotta watch the budget.

The whey is easily the best I've used. It mixes perfectly in just 8 ounces of water (even though I use 12). No clumps whatsoever. Taste is great compared to some others. I haven't used it long enough yet to notice much of an effect physically, but I'm sure it is superior to what I've been using.

I'll give my secret away

1. Muscle Guage Nutrition Whey Isolate
nothing beats this price wise and macro wise. 25 grams protein per 30 gram scoop. 0 fat, cholestorol, carbs. 37 bucks for 5 pounder as cheap as it gets for an isolate. 110 cals

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Because you don't have any, not that you can read them if you did.
