I'm up for a new bin of the stuff. What is the difference of the "whey protein" and "whey isolate" and which one is better?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

not a lot really. isolate has more protein per serving and is slightly better absorbed. also people allergic to whey may be able to stomach it better than concentrate. in the long run it won't make much difference. if you can afford it have isolate post-workout but otherwise don't worry about the difference..

Whey Protein Isolate is a purer form of whey protein than Whey Protein Concentrate.

WPI is absorbed very quickly by the body and so is ideal for immediate post workout consumption, however it will only fuel your body for a half an hour or so before it expires.

WPC takes longer to be absorbed, because it is slower to break down. It's better taken throughout the day because of its sustained release.

WPI is more expensive. WPC lasts longer in the gut.
