where to get glutamin

i'm going to the gym now. it's been quite effective so i want to take it more seriously now. i re-read diesel's guide and i am considering now glutamin and whey powder.

i went to 4 different drugstores but they didn't have it.
now, i live in montreal, canada and the drugstores around here offer all kinds of vitamins, meal replacements, diet or atkins-style or protein bars...but no glutamin or whey. i found that they sell a lot of glucosamine with calcium (nearly one third of the bottles), is it the word for glutamin in french?

so where can i find glutamin ? Internet ? and how much does it cost ...

C'est L-Glutamine, mon ami. Pas "glut-a-main" mais bien "glu-ta-mine".

À montréal il y a tout un tas de magasins spécialisés pour suppléments, alors tu retrouveras tout dans ceux-la, PAS dans les pharmacies (!!) .

Je doit t'avister que le prix pour les suppléments ici dans notre belle province est absolument ridicule. Moi personellement, j'achète tout sur INTERNET.

Essaye www.ebay.com ... il y a des deal époustouflants!

Mange dla poutine aussi, ca va te faire du bien.

glucosamine and glutamine are not the same

ca veut dire quoi, les suppléments sont plus chers en magasin c'est ca?

ps : la poutine c bien trop gras voyons donc...

Oui! Peu de suppléments sont fabriqués ici.. donc ils doivent etre importés des étas unis alors tu PAYES CHER !!!
