2nd. I was refering to the fact that the technology we have today in no way will advance that much in the next 10 years. Unless theres a huge breakthrough in the field of science the chances that we'll master hovering objects in 10 years is slim to none. Usually the military is the first to aquire the product then it is made mainsteam by the populus with 5-10 years. And since I don't see and floating tanks, it's unlikely that this product will be made.
