"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello,

This place is great and the information I have found here really motivated me to take action about my approach anxiety and lately I have approached much more But not enough !

The problem is that I really don’t have enough opportunities besides approaching on the street which is extremely hard for me. When I make eye contact with women I’m often hit with temporary stupidity, I find myself braindead, unable to act only to regret it later. I usually need time to think about what I will do and in the street, things happen too fast for my little brain.

Clubs and bars aren’t an option since I have no friends to go with and I just feel too awkward and bored being alone in a bar.

Where do you usually approach ?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

doesn't seem to be quite realistic, plus I think you have to be good looking to pull that off

Ok I didn’t try that but I tried something else with a smoking hot babe, from her body language, I had the feeling she wanted me to talk to her so I told myself f”ck it ! I just said something so simple I can’t believe I didn’t try it before, I just said hi and I was shocked to see that she was totally receptive, she even invited me to a fashion show she is organizing tomorrow.

The problem is that I didn’t make my intentions clear during the whole interaction even if at one point I wanted to tell her I was lost in her eyes (that is how pretty she is) but I didn’t do it, I thought it would sound cheesy. So she probably just see me as a friend but at least I’m trying to approach again, that’s something :)

now I don't know if I should go there alone or with another girl that I met (just a friend).

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I do my work in coffee shops and talk to the cute girls that stop by it all day. Have to be in a popular spot that a lot of people travel to, and you better have something to occupy you - I work on my coding while I'm here.

I usually only do the bars or nightlife. Obviously when amongst social groups If I don't know someone as well. most of my approaches are the bars.

Living in a smaller area means less approach opportunities. Been doing a combination of online, approaching, and a new phone app called tinder. Tinder is proving to be interesting!
