I get mine from p2p websites. Google search for rapidshare or megashare and the name of the book. search for anything with "filetype:rar" or "filetype
df" and you can get a lot of ebooks that way. There were sites like newageman.com and seduction.ru that also hosted a lot of videos and ebooks for download. scribd.com hosts a lot of seduction ebooks too.
If you have the cash than you can go to most any electronics store and buy a prepaid card. You can also pay cash through a bookstore or a library.
