i like express, but only buy stuff on sale since it is considerably expensive otherwise. I have a decent wordrobe from going there during various sales. Otherwise, my clothing selection is random polos/ long sleves. Only have a two pairs of jeans, but thats plenty.

In my opinion, Old Navy has the best prices for the quality of clothing they sell. It's no Abercrombie and Fitch, but you can still get some very nice clothing from Old Navy at cheap prices.
