I try my best to NOT go there, actually. Whenever I can avoid it at least. I'm sure no one enjoys that god-awful place.

DMV (or your country's equivalent) if it's for your car.

There are websites where you can customize your own for whatever... hanging it on your wall or something? I don't know what you would need it for.
