Where can I get cheap cream

I tried trader joes, but what I only found was a couple bucks for a small carton. Screw that. Cream was a favorite of old school lifters, so I am assuming that its cheap.

You are correct. Even at Walmart its expensive. I use to try and add a Tbsp here and there to stuff just to bump calories.

But I guess all in all you just need to break it down by serving per container and see what it is per Tbsp or what not, and then see if it is worth it. Compare it to cost of peanut butter, oils, or other stuff. Though we are talking different aspects of fat, I would almost say that if you can eat an egg it will be cheaper and have much more to offer.

The price of some things are just outrageous these days.

it's gotten outrageous due to changes in how we acquire it. it was a fave of old school bodybuilders b/c until homogenized milk you would just skim the cream off the milk & use it immediately.
