"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

If when talkin to a lady, t tell whether or not she likes you or not, will she look in your eyes? because i have been noticing that when i look into girls eyes, they always look to the sides and never look into my eyes at all. they either look down or to the side, and continue talkin normally... but i dono what does this mean? (besides the fact that i may be extremely ugly) ;)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

some do, some don't

a bit unrelated, but it's funny if you stare into a girl's eyes all the time when talking to them cuz you can see all the different emotions they're going through; e.g. when you tell them that the orphan kids they're trying to support aren't gonna get your money this year nor the next while they're out on the street in a red cagoule trying to raise money for them, you can actually see the tears building up in their eyes before they fall down their cheeks

oh and nice tip:rolleyes:

Why do afc guys avoid eye contact? Is it because they're not interested? Nope, it's because they're shy. Just as AFC guys are intimidated and turned on by beauty, AFC girls are intimidated and turned on by confidence. And that's probably the case with this girl. She's prolly not used to being approached by guys who aren't afraid to maintain eyecontact. Don't let this make you abort, keep talking, make her laugh, make her feel comfortable, and her shyness will go away.

I agree with Mindovermatter on this. Some girls will look you in the eye and even maintain it when you are looking away. However, shy girls will rarely look you in the eyes because, like a lot of AFC males, they're afraid of letting their attraction be known.

As gav pointed out, emotion reflects most in a person's eyes, so if a person wants their feelings known, he/she will have no qualms about looking you in the eye. If they are shy, insecure, devious or dishonest, they will try to hide their eyes as though hiding their motives.

But, there are two very positive signs I'm aware of in terms of eye contact:

1. When you are facing a girl at eye level and she lowers her chin and gazes upwards at you, she sees you on a pedestal (guys do this too btw). Girls who do this, however, probably have quite deep feelings for you and won't maintain eye contact for long.

Of course, don't mistake this for her literally looking up at you if you are taller than her. :)

2. A VERY positive sign to look for is when a girl is talking or listening to somebody else and her eyes continually flick towards you. This can be considered her way of checking for your approval or trying to include you in her conversation.

I've never known these two signs to be wrong.

i know how you feel. when you stare deep into a girl's eyes when talking w/her it feels almost like you're creating attraction. or something special is happening where you 2 experience chemistry. it's such a joyful feeling.

but fi they dont look into your eyes when you speak w/them...it could mean they have LOW IL in you OR as someone else said, they are intimidated/shy because of your confidence. but usually, it's easy to tell the difference...soemtimes hard too.
