"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I have a part time job at a fast food restuarant and I, like many others, hate my boss.

Because the boss is the one controlling everything it is not possible to be one in control (hence, a DJ), I am not free to do anything.. I am constantly being ordered around and what is worse my boss is a FEMALE

LOL anyways, this has effected my attitude during work when i deal with other females... i see no way around this and it kills me that I can't stand up for myself or else I'd get fired

btw when the boss is not there i am able to get free food and free to do anything however she is usually there

any suggestions? opinions?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I may have misunderstood your point,

but I find your attitude disturbing... She is your boss... your employer... The person that give you money in exchange for your services....you don't bite the hand that feeds you.. She obviously isn't paying you to be a DJ...

Anyway, I don't see how it would affect your game with other chicks that work there...

Well duh. That's what bosses aer supposed to do.

Being a DJ is about being in control of your life. It doesn't mean you gotta be a bad employee and ignore orders. A DJ in the army doesn't disobey his commanders to show he is a "DJ".

Everyone knows the organizational structure at your work so girls at your work won't look down at you because you're doing your job.

having a sh*tty boss just gives you and the other chicks at work a common thing to ***** about and bring you together.. its a cliche but people often become closer when they're in stressful situations. help each other thru it etc.. I don't really see what the problem is, as long as the boss isn't patronising you or making you look stupid..

I have a boss like that bro, she's female as well so I feel your pain. Also 80% of my co-workers are woman FFS. It's like a tampon parade when things go wrong.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

haha. its posts like this that make me glad that I'm studying in a man-dominated field: software engineering. Albeit skinny, dorky, socially-underdeveloped men...making me look better in comparison! Hoorah! :D

The way to defeat your boss is to do your job properly and take a role of responsibility yourself.

I've been so intense in getting things done that I've had bosses that were scared to confront me, because I would make sure that there was a tight ship going on.
