"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I've thought back about all of my dating relationships over the last decade. Each time I had that gut feeling the relationship ended soon thereafter -- and every time the reason was because some other guy came into the picture. Thing is, sometimes I've been naive and never realized it, other times I've suspected it but just played cool like nothing is bothering me and I'll walk if she doesn't get back into line... and every time I've been the one with the broken heart.

With my most recent situation the girl doesn't even realize that I put it all together and now know she was playing games behind my back. I initiated the sequence of events that lead to us parting ways -- basically told her to fish or cut bait -- but I didn't fully realize she was actually developing something with a "friend" behind the scenes. That explains why she was so angry when I gave her the ultimatum -- she thought she had been caught even though I didn't realize I had actually caught her.

What's the strategy? Spin plates and don't get too emotionally invested too soon? I can hear Judge Nismo banging the gavel. Something else? I'm really getting tired of it.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

you get that feeling she is losing interest or that there maybe another guy? its true usually, initially back off, and yeah be around other women, appear to be losing interest in her, if this doesnt spike her interest, bail before your ar$e gets dumped. my last ex would look at other guys when we were out, not just glances, eyes following the guy around the room eye contact etc...might be a trivial thing to some but that to me signals less than high IL, It continued, so I ended it, wasnt really going anywhere but couldnt be doing with that sh!t. women are always shopping and it isnt always for shoes and handbags!

p.s. one good trick is, when you are f cucking her, dont c um, dont say anything, just pull out, lie back on the bed, she will immediately ask if there is something wrong, be vague, "no...no nothing, just wasnt happeening for some reason" = hamster time!

This Is Game.

What I do to keep a girls interest is not let her know i'm happy with the relationship, never let her know how you feel. Girls are always fishing for reassurance, it's important to them, don't give it to her. It's hard but it's critical to the relationship. It's gonna start fights. It's gonna seem like shes about to quit on you so you have to make sure you are really nice to her otherwise, you can't be a d*ck all the time either. It's hard to explain, you have to find your own way of doing this because it has to be sincere. She has to SEE you care, but she can't know it. You can feed her all the honey she wants, but if she asks for the bottle you can't give it to her.

I'm really nice to girls, generally I open doors, buy them gifts/flowers, consider them in everything. I guess you can compare the attitude to being a little AFCish. But when she asks how you feel, you're on the fence about it. She still has not convinced you. Lets talk about other things. I just don't know. You know I love spending time with you right? Don't crush her hopes, but don't confirm them either.

It's like playing a video game. If you beat the boss you lose interest. But if you just can't get him down you'll come back day after day to give him a try. You'll look on forums, you'll get new gear, you'll watch YouTube videos, you'll make your friends help you.

It's kinda messed up, but one thing for sure. She can never know that she is in no danger of losing you.
