Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

When you don't get sore after a workout, it because you recovered well? Or are the muscles still damaged, but you just can't feel it? If it is recovery, could you increase the number of sets/exersices you do a week?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If you increase the sets/exercises you'll probably end up overtraining. Stick to what has worked for you until you're no longer progressing. Only then should you change things around.

Can I Prevent Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness?
While DOMS is common and annoying, it is not a necessary part of getting into shape. There are many things you can do to prevent, avoid and shorten DOMS. Here are a few tips:

* Warm up thoroughly before activity
* Cool down completely after exercise
* Perform easy stretching before
* Perform thorough flexibility exercises after exercise, while the muscles are warm
* Start with easy to moderate activity and build up your intensity over time
* Avoid making sudden major changes in the type of exercise you do
* Avoid making sudden major changes in the amount of time that you exercise

That was from that link.

Either that, or you probably need to up the intensity.
