"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Yeah, I'm medium-toned dark (I'm Black lol) and I always hear guys my color and darker complain how girls (not just black girls) prefer light-skinned black guys and one of my light-skinned nerd AFC friend complain that dark-skinned black guys get the girls.

Lol, I'm bracing myself for the rush of all of these butthurt posts that are about to come soon.
Out here in Atlanta, women love a light skinned black guy. I'm medium toned like you, so I know how it is. Women in the clubs are worse. If your looks are great, you shouldn't have any trouble. Otherwise, you'd best be seen getting out of a Lambo.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Yeah, I see that in the club all the time. I feel bad for the awkward nerdy guys I see in the club or the really flashy guy with no game.

Its shameful how far "looks don't matter" has gotten, and its infuriating when you realize the "looks don't matter" crowd is talking about people less attractive than Brad Pitt.

Seriously. They'll ramble on and on and on about "looks don't matter", and they're really talking about some average guy that maybe just doesn't look like a fvcking ADONIS.

Meanwhile the 300 pound dude trades in his treadmill for a collection E-BOOKS!

Its infuriating to me. Its not defeatist, its just being real. And once you accept the fact that LOOKS MATTER you can actually start GETTING SOMEWHERE!

I've said this before, but go to bodybuilding.com and read the thread "Were you treated differently after losing a lot of weight." Its just as inspiring as the DJ Bible.

I will say this again, LOOKS DO MATTER. If you keep thinking like this, you WILL change your appearance. YOU WILL BE BETTER LOOKING. LOOKS DO MATTER. Don't ever think they don't. Get in the gym, buy nice clothes, take care of yourself. It is more important than money. LOOKS trumps all.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Looks matter unless you have money or play the social game and get lucky.

I have Fugly and fat friend who is getting married to a pretty girl, but they met at college through a mutual friend and she also has low self esteem and think she doesn't deserve better than him. But the key thing being, they met through a friend, and he's also a Kevin James type of fat guy only with a worse face.

It isn't so much about "being hot" but the girl has to personally find you attractive. I landed an 8 despite being a 6 or even lower to some, but she thought I was very attractive.

If a girl finds you unattractive or doesn't like your looks at all (even if you aren't ugly to her) she won't give you chance unless it's social circle game or you have tons of money or connections.

I have a face that while not ugly, it rubs a lot of women the wrong way...either they think I'm some kind of loser or they're intimidated (in the creepy way) by me since I look naturally intense and have strong features...and even after getting an athletic body...haven't got any more women out of it. The good news is, some cute women like my face...but most don't and won't give me a chance just based on that. Have been called creepy and such just based on my face.

Splash a little chloroform on as colonge in the clubs. Looks won't matter anymore. Problem solved. No DJ Ninja tactics needed!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

There's a guy at the club I go to. He's a DJ there. Now, every week he has a different girl sitting on his lap and making out with him (6-8 range). You'd think he has a nice body, good looking etc.

BUT! Here's the description. 5.9, cleft lip, busted teeth, scrawny. Do looks matter? I doubt it.

Would a similar looking guy be getting play if he weren't a disc jockey? Absolutely not. Looks do matter, but status can compensate. I know a bartender that is 47 years old, skinny, bald, effeminate, and nerdy. He still pulls 23 year old babes. But he's a bartender, not a customer.

You might wonder how being a disc jockey, bouncer, or bartender qualifies as status. But to a young chick, they are like mini rock stars or low level celebrities, at least within the bar or club.

I'd like to see an experiment done online with the same profile and different photo - one with a guy who is a 6, one with a guy who is a 9. See how many replies are received for both.

I know looks matter because on nights when I'm at my best, women approach me, and on nights when I'm not, they don't.

Some girls (especially young and/or immature women) insist that a guy be extremely good looking. A recent ex-gf never really treated me right because her 2 previous boyfriends were supermodels (granted they dumped her).

Luckily I'm pretty damn good looking so I never had to worry about this issue.

Even when I was out of shape, I could pull women because I am handsome, but when I got in shape, game over.

Looks do matter.. no better stated, your LOOK matters.

get in shape, really in shape, learn how to put a wardrobe together and you are ahead of 90% of the population. You do that, and you automatically will be one of the top 5-10% of any establishment you walk into. No questions asked. Even if you have a butt ugly face, an athletic guy who can dress who has a donkey face will get more play than an out of shape handsome guy. trust me i've been on that end.

think about it from the other end.

it's pretty hard to find an ugly athletic girl. She might not be smoking hot, but she won't be ugly.

I would pretty much **** any woman between between 10-15% body fat sight unseen lol (women have a higher bodyfat then men do for obvious reasons)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I can't remember which thread it was, but someone on here did that experiment. He replaced his photo with that of a tall, hot, muscular guy. He got lots of replies from hot women.

Looks definately do matter, they just aren't everything. I relized that after I got serious about football and gotten bigger and received more attention. Before, I started hitting the gym, girls mostly ignored me. Now, I have some telling me that they didn't think i would like them because they thought I'd be too good-looking for them. Before the gym, these same type of girls wouldn't even give me a second look.

OP is speaking the truth to a good extent. Here's another example.

I was in the club Wednesday night and this HB7.5 Asian girl was on this tall lanky, awkward Indian Guy. (No offense to you Indian DJs, just proving a point with the most recent experience.) As soon as I tried to get up on her friend, she got jealous, left the Indian guy and got on me, and gave me a lap dance. The Indian guy glared at me for a bit, and I heard him say, "I need to go to the gym."

So that proves the point that looks do matter.
Well said.

I note how few who post from their own experience.

Which women? How many of you piss and moan over ugly ass rockstars and rappers with 9s & 10s. Yup. Looks sure broke those guys.
You have more than 3,000 posts in this forum, and you're still doing amateur-level reasoning that anyone can see the flaw in. You are seriously countering the statement that looks matter by saying that millionaires without looks get women?

If all looks are equal and don't matter, how can you even tell that those guys are ugly?

And in your next post there, I see you are mocking people who actually have some knowledge of why looks matter, why evolution has made it so. It is obvious there is evolution involved, something like the strong attraction to certain physical traits doesn't just happen without a reason. Your aggression toward that - even when no one had posted about it - can only mean ... you simply don't want it to be true. Because it isn't to your advantage.

Okay. How about this: looks don't matter in your case, because you are a total PUA and the women don't even care how you look, they just want you no matter what.

And Tom Cruise got the role in Top Gun based on his acting skills only. Anyone with the same acting skills would have landed that role, no matter how ugly. The women would have swooned over him all the same.

when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you wheel good.

End of conversation.

Arguing over semantics is as stupid as virgins arguing over what the best sex position is. Getting your ass out there and doing work is infinity more important that drawing some arbitrary conclusion which won't ultimately help you. If you want to look good, cool. It won't hurt. If you don't care and you feel good, great, that won't hurt either.

Even though this horse was curmudgeoned to death, i'll put in my 2 cents from experience. I look solid now. Not great, not all the time, but good enough so that it helps me with my other deficiencies. I get away with more than a fat slob could. Throw in when I am feeling good, and I can really do some serious work. I am that guy that your chick friends talk too. They want to talk to me. They always orbit around where me and my friends are. Its common when you dress and act the part.

So argue all you want. At the end of the day, it comes down to if you want to be the best you that you can be. If you don't want to, thats your own deal. But for me personally, looking good and feeling good go hand and hand, and it helps not only with women but projecting confidence on a business level as well.

Now we can argue all night, and let the hotties go to waste, or we can get some work done and go snag some. I know what I want.

See you all later!

Haha cherry picking is great innit? 1. Not a PUA. 2. Not a good looking guy myself, I date average girls on my own level. 3. Read my posts and remove your blinders. 4. Looks, Money, Status, Game. Any of those can get you a girl. 5. We are talking about dating, not movie roles. 6. Believe what you want, as long as you get what you want, be happy, if no, keep arguing...its gonna help right? 7. hahahahahhahahahahahha.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
