If a girl loses interest in you in person (you turn her off on a date or in bed) then your toast. Assuming you turned her off in texting her stupid **** or calling her too much, anything minor like that, go ghost long enough....there is a good chance she will forget about it and hit you up in the future. Women are fickle but fortunately for us they have short memories 
As for finding out, yeah ask her straight up what have you got to lose? Doubt youll get an honest answer but you might get one
