When to eat if you do a morning workout?

Eat before...your body is starving for energy and if you work out without eating and do cardio you will lose muscle because your body will need energy and will break down the muscles for it. Your protien should be 1.5 - 2.0 X Body weight. Got it?

Work out is should be 45 minutes to and hour. Do little to no cardio if you want to get big okay?
