Hi I approached a girl for her phone number and upon receiving it for a week I haven't made a move. This girl likes me and all, but is taking more than a week to call a bad thing? thanks!

3 day rule is crap, its petty and its holding off for the sake of holding off. if you dont have anything to do and are sitting around doing nothing waiting for 3 days to pass, that uber lame!
if you are really busy dont call her until you have time.
alternately, if you are busy, call her, this gives you an excuse to have a nice short sharp convo the sole purpose of which is to set up your next date.

you are shooting yourself in the foot by not doing anything.

a question to everyone: what is the longest you have held onto a number for and still hooked up? is there an upper limit before the number becomes stale or as long as you present yourself as a fun outgoing good catch can you wait as long as you want?
