When she says "my coworker(s) hit on me"

It's happened to me multiple times, whether it was a girl I was flirting with in class or an actual first date. They say their coworker or even their boss hits on them and tries to get them drunk.

Is this a "**** test" to see if I'm jealous? Or what does it mean

It reeks of insecurity on her part having to tell you that she gets hit on. Don't respond with jealousy that's for sure.

I agree with the previous posters.

Side note: I'm sure she does get hit on. I don't think I know of a single semi-attractive woman at work who doesn't get hit on to some extent or other. And the prettier they are, the more they get hit on.
