True, in scientific studies women tend to have an increase in TESTOSTERONE sexual hormones a week before their period and during their period. They're usually more guarded around their partners and have a greater urgency to have sex. After their period their testosterone drops a lot, and yet while women will have sex they're not as horny compared to 1-2 weeks before the start of their period
