Ok so LAST year I asked this one girl out...was dumb on my part, and to no surprise she said we didn't know each other well. Now, I still see her a lot and I still do like her. I haven't yet ruled out that she now likes me...but that's for another time.
Regardless...today in one class I was working on a lab with two guys who happen to playfully pick on me a lot...one of them decides to blurt out "hey, so why did you ask __ out?" THE GIRL WAS RIGHT BEHIND US. Then he was like "what did she say?" ...gets worse... "You need to get your game on, man, don't ask girls out randomly" blah blah with a smirk. This is an event I've tried to put in my past (even though I still like the girl)...considering she probably heard the loser, I hadn't been so embarrassed for a while.
I just sat there mad...tight...giving my best silent body signals for him to shut up. (didn't want to cuss him out or totally lose it because that particular girl would have been turned OFF). By the spread of news and the fact that I get teased by guys a lot, most guys remember what I did...so unfortunately I might be humiliated further by them bringing it up in her presence. I can't get my game on with a girl with a bunch of guys doing this! How should I handle this kind of crap? Any ideas of impressive answers/comebacks I can give to shut them up about it? Again, I went for this girl 8 MONTHS ago...in HS time, that's way back and OLD. It's embarassing for it to be braught back up, especially since I've thought about making another shot at hooking up with her.
